The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) is today (January 26, 2026), holding a special National Governing Council meeting to ratify a resolution to begin structured talks with the Orange Democratic Movement ahead of the 2027 General Election.
The meeting brings together all UDA elected leaders, including governors, senators, members of Parliament, women representatives, and nominated leaders, at the State House in Nairobi.
The decision was reached last week during a National Steering Committee meeting chaired by President William Ruto.
