Engineers’ President warns against operating businesses at construction sites after Eastleigh collapse

The collapse occurred at around 1 pm, with the building’s ground floor and basement reportedly occupied even as construction work continued. Rescue teams have since been searching through the rubble for people feared trapped beneath the debris
