Kenya has announced new park entry fees effective October 1, 2025, with rates categorized for East African Community (EAC) citizens, residents, non-residents, and African citizens. For instance, entry into Nairobi National Park will cost Sh1,000 for EAC citizens, Sh1,350 for residents, $80 for non-residents, and $40 for African citizens.
Amboseli and Lake Nakuru are among the most expensive at Sh1,500 for citizens and $90 for non-residents.
Other parks such as Tsavo East, Tsavo West, Meru, Kora, and Aberdare have lower rates ranging from Sh800 to Sh1,350 for citizens and residents, and $70–$80 for non-residents.
