Homa Bay chaos: Police order Kassim Abdi Sebu to report to DCI
NPS spokesperson Muchiri Nyaga said Sebu had been linked to the unrest and should present himself at the County Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) headquarters in Homa Bay.
