KMTC Chief Executive Officer Dr Kelly Oluoch confirmed that the HELB portal is now open for applications and urged eligible students to apply before the deadline on June 24, 2025.
Principal Secretary Dr. Chris Kiptoo stated that up to 50 percent of the revenue collected from the road maintenance levy will be directed toward the securitization initiative.
“Currently we have a fee balance of Sh1.5 billion from 41,319 students. Helb has failed 70,000 students at KMTC,” Oluoch said.
