The Jubilee Party has acknowledged the resignation of its Deputy Organizing Secretary, Pauline Njoroge, thanking her for more than a decade of service and describing her as a committed leader who played a significant role in strengthening the party.
In a statement dated July 21, 2026, signed by Secretary General Moitalel Ole Kenta, the party said Njoroge's departure marked the end of an important chapter in Jubilee's leadership but expressed appreciation for her contribution over the past 14 years.
"Jubilee Party acknowledges the resignation of Ms. Pauline Njoroge as the Party's Deputy Organizing Secretary and as a member of Jubilee Party. We take this opportunity to recognize her services and contribution to the Party over the years," the statement said.
The party said Njoroge had served with remarkable commitment, conviction and resilience in various capacities, earning recognition as a champion of democratic ideals and the values upon which Jubilee was founded.
"For the past fourteen years, Pauline has served our Party with remarkable commitment, conviction, and resilience in various capacities. Throughout her journey, she distinguished herself as a dedicated patriot, a passionate advocate for democratic ideals, and a steadfast champion of the values and vision upon which Jubilee Party was founded," the statement read.
Jubilee described leadership as a journey of service, saying Njoroge had discharged her responsibilities with distinction throughout her tenure.
"While her departure marks the end of an important chapter, we respect her decision and acknowledge the invaluable contribution she made to the growth and strengthening of our Party during her tenure," the party said.
The statement also wished the former official success in her future endeavours, expressing gratitude for her years of service to the party.
"As she embarks on a new chapter in her leadership journey, we convey our heartfelt gratitude for her years of dedicated service. We wish her God's guidance, wisdom, good health, and every success in her future endeavors," Jubilee said.
"On behalf of the leadership, members, and our supporters, we say thank you, Pauline, for your commitment, your service, and your enduring contribution to the Party."
The Party wished her nothing but the very best in the years ahead.
Njoroge's resignation comes as Jubilee continues to reorganise its leadership structures ahead of the country's next electoral cycle.
However, the statement did not disclose the reasons for her resignation or indicate who would succeed her in the position.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Njoroge announced that she had stepped down from the Jubilee Party's National Executive Committee (NEC), where she served as Deputy Organising Secretary, and had also resigned from the party with immediate effect.
"For the last fourteen years, I have walked an incredible political journey. Today, however, I believe the time has come to embrace a new chapter," she said.
Njoroge joined TNA in 2012 as Communications Manager before the party merged with the United Republican Party (URP) to form Jubilee. She remained with the party throughout its evolution and later rose to the position of Deputy Organising Secretary.
Looking back on her time in Jubilee, she described the experience as one that shaped both her political journey and professional growth.
"These fourteen years have been nothing short of transformational. They have shaped my thinking, sharpened my craft and given me the privilege of serving during one of the most defining political periods in our country's history," she said.
She also expressed gratitude to former President Uhuru Kenyatta, whom she credited with playing a key role in her political development.
