Kavisi, Aswani ready for ARC2 in Uganda

Kavisi's bid for ARC2 aspirations are set to take off as, together with his partner Aswani, they will be competing in that class, the ARC2, both focusing on representing their partners and giving back to the community.

After a successful WRC in Naivasha, Rally driver Evans Kavisi and navigator Absalom Aswani have now set their sights on conquering the remaining rounds of the African Rally Championship (ARC) this season, the Pearl of Africa Rally Uganda being their next stop.

Kavisi's bid for ARC2 aspirations are set to take off as, together with his partner Aswani, they will be competing in that class, the ARC2, both focusing on representing their partners and giving back to the community.

"Yes, I plan to do the remaining rounds of ARC, starting with the Pearl of Africa Rally in Uganda. It's a personal challenge to compete in this year's ARC, to measure our performance in the competition," said Kavisi.

"We'll be doing brand promotion for our partners and some community engagements for a few causes we support," he added.

Kavisi sees this as a personal challenge to test his mettle in the competition and gauge his performance against the best in the region. He will be navigating the tough Kenyan tracks alongside Absalom Aswani, his long-standing and trusted partner.

With Aswani by his side, he's confident of a strong showing and with a winning mindset, they are gunning for the top spot in Kavisi's category.

The duo has struck a partnership with Tendaworld, a partnership that begin with the 2026 WRC Safari Rally, something that they now say is the beginning and the foundation of a strong strategic union.
